List for Wiki use

 I need to know how to make a list in one of the following formats to upload to my wiki site to allow student access to edit my wiki.
List must be csv, xls , orxlsx spreadsheet , I am lost in trying to create this list. E-mail me at ( nickersonr@uwa.edu ) ASAP!!!!!
