One of my favorite Web 2.0 sites can be found at http://www.go2web20.net/app/?a=quizinator , this site is for teachers , instructors , and those who home school. This site allows you to use blogs and developmental tools for educators to use and has a getting started tutorial. The site allows you to develop tools specific to your educational needs and allows collaboration with other teachers that can assist you , you can post quizzes and test to help other teachers , and you can get great feedback from this site. This site will be used to assist me in making test for Physical Education.
My second favorite Web 2.0 sites can be found at http://k12wiki.wikispaces.com/ , this site is the motherload. This site allows teachers in any subject or content area to easily integrate technology in their classrooms.Students are given instructions on the home page , and this site provides a getting started tutorial for teachers. Students are allowed to edit and save information on the site , and it allows student collaboration and input for their group or individual assignments. The site allows a teacher to embed websites for review or information , maps , blogs , and a host of color and animations. This site could revolutionize the concept of integrating technology in schools and classrooms. If you get a chance I would recommend that you try both of these sites they are worth the effort!!!!!

Week 4 blog
Two exemples of multimedia from chapter 6; Wikis' would be incorporated into my P. E. classes by having assignments related to a particular sport or game as the topic of the home page. Students would be given access as editors for the wiki to add information on assignments given to them as groups anywhere from 3 to 4 groups with students equally divided into each group and each student would be responsible for adding information on their groups topic.
Presentation software and reference materials such as Encarta , Encyclopedia.com , Encyclopedia Britannica , and Wikipedia.org would be incorporated as sources for students to find information about sports , games and health related topics.Once information is compiled , students would use information to create powerpoint presentations that woul include illustrations , maps , video ,audio , and pictures to enhance their power points and then present them to the class.
